Then we create a customized workout plan that fits your schedule
Are there group fitness classes?
No, this is NOT a group fitness class. Everyone will have a completely personalized program created for them based on their specific circumstances, fitness level, and goals.
The group aspect comes into play through live community calls and an exclusive private community to connect and create meaningful relationships with other women building strong and confident bodies too.
Do I have to have a gym membership/access to equipment to be successful with this program?
No, your workout plan is 100% customized to YOU, allowing flexibility in where and how you work out.
Example program: You can work out from home, or you can split your workout between home and gym. The options are endless!
How will I receive my workouts?
You will have access to the Lifting for Women Training App, which is your portal for receiving your workout program with video demonstrations of each exercise, so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it correctly.
What if I have an injury? Is it possible to work around it and still participate in this program?
Yes! As a physical therapist, I am able to create programs that allow you to continue to exercise and train without actually rehabbing from your injury or further exacerbating it.
How will I know if I am doing the exercises correctly and safely?
After performing the movement assessment on your onboarding call, your program will include exercises that are not only appropriate for your current fitness level but also can be done confidently and safely.
In order to get the most out of this program, it is recommended to record your lifts throughout the week and post them to the private community or send them directly to the coach to be reviewed.
