LFW Online Fitness Program
The program kicks off with an Onboarding Call where we do a time, lifestyle, and movement assessment to have the right exercises that fit how your body moves and plan your workout days.
A customized exercise plan will be created taking into account all the info gathered on the call! (Yes this is group coaching but you will having your own specific program to follow)
Access to the Lifting for Women Training App:
This is your portal for:
- Receiving your customized workout program with video demonstrations of each exercise so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it correctly.
- Form Checks: Take videos of your lifts throughout the week, post them to the community forum to be reviewed.
- Bi-Weekly Q&A Sessions: Interactive sessions every other Monday for expert guidance.
- Private Community: Connect, ask questions, share progress, and create meaningful relationships with other women building strong and confident bodies.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services/products, no refunds will be issued once a transaction is completed, unless otherwise stated in writing.
